Rio-rio is a current art project in Dresden (> http://www.rio-rio.de/), creating two huts as hats on top of an existing building. Is posted here as a deterrent example: Construction was planned for may, june ..now it is end of july and it seems certainly finished... Thus a construction composed of structure, exterior cladding, and interior cladding should be avoided.
