IDEA Another "Blossom": Transparent Plastic Concrete

Here comes an alternative of Jörn´s "Blossom" scheme: here the focus is on the special material of the exterior walls. They are made of a new material that is currently being investigated at TU Dresden: a seamless combination of transparent plastic (raisin) and concrete.
